How To Choose The Right Size
Measure your room before your mattress. A bed that fits on paper can still make a room feel cramped once it is in place.
Leave at least 60 to 70 centimetres of walking space on each side, and a little more at the foot if the door opens inward. If you want nightstands on both sides, add another 45 to 50 centimetres per side. In most Doha apartments this means a 160×200 cm queen is the sweet spot, while villas and larger master bedrooms comfortably take the 180×200 or 200×200 cm sizes.
Remember that the length is 200 cm across every size, so the width is the only number that changes.
