At Dar Al Asala Furniture, every item is custom-made to order. We do not keep ready stock. Each product is carefully crafted only after an order is placed, ensuring quality and precision for every customer. Because of this, our policies are as follows:
Order Processing & Cancellations
- Once an order is confirmed, production begins.
- Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing them. After this time, cancellations are not possible.
Returns & Refunds
- As our furniture is custom-made, returns are generally not accepted.
- If a customer insists on returning a custom product, only 40% of the paid amount will be refunded. The remaining 60% will be non-refundable.
Repair Policy
- If a product is damaged during delivery or due to a factory issue, we will repair it ourselves at no cost.
- If the product is damaged by the customer, we will not accept returns, refunds, or free repairs.
Discounted / Special Offer Items
- Items purchased on special offers, sales, or discounts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- If a discounted product arrives damaged due to our handling, we will repair or replace it.
- If damage is caused by the customer, no returns or repairs will be accepted.
Delivery & Responsibility
- All items are delivered directly to your doorstep. Once delivered and accepted in good condition, the responsibility of care transfers to the customer.
Exchange Policy
- Customers who wish to exchange a product may do so under certain conditions.
- An additional fee of 30% of the product’s value will be applied for exchanges.
- Exchanges are subject to factory approval and product availability.
International Orders
- We accept international orders upon request.
- Once an order is placed from outside the country, we will review the location and calculate the total price including delivery/shipping charges.
- Customers will be notified of the final cost before production begins.
- International orders are processed only after full confirmation from the customer.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
- Contact our Customer Support Team.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization number.
- Ship the product back securely with the return authorization number clearly marked.
